SAP out abt SD and MM ISSUES

can u plz let me know the follwing bussiness words with small examples in sd and mm.

1.list of Planned Deliveris by plant/storage location.
2.outstanding purchase order items.
3.Delivery performace of an vendor.
4. credit limit and credit exposure of a customer.

1.List of Planned Deliveries by plant/storage location.

Outstanding deliveries that has to be sent to a customer from a specific plant / storage location.

2.Outstanding purchase order items.

Purchase order created and sent to the vendor but waiting for goods receipt or still some quantities in the purchase order are to be received from vendor. That is open quantities are there to receive from the vendor.
There are so many reports in SAP with TCodes: ME2M, ME2N etc to get a list of outstanding purchase orders

3.Delivery performace of an vendor.

In SAP, you are having vendor evaluation process to evaluate vendor on certain criteria. In this, one of the criteria is Delivery performance. In the Purchase Order, u will mention the delivery date and system will capture actual goods delivery date when posting goods receipt.
When you run vendor evaluation, then system will calcute scores. There are so many reports to view.

Tcode: ME61 to maintain vendor evaluation.
Reports: ME65, ME6B, ME6c etc.

4. credit limit and credit exposure of a customer.

For some customers depending on the business he is doing with the client, customer will be given some credit limit. Credit limit check can be activated at sales order level or delivery level.
Once the customer reaches the credit limit, system will not allow to carryout futher processes.
